They try super hard to include my sister(and that isn’t easy). I realize it is hard to please everyone, but I think pleasing the residents at mealtime should be a priority-the workers appear to get aggravated with the patients. Sometimes I notice that the menu looks more appealing than the actual meal. I have seen ice cream substituted for what is on the menu several times. Overall I am pleased.
